Semen Fees when breeding to stallions handled by Zukowski's

per shipment (round trip) plus shipping costs. The container must be
returned and in our hands within 72 hours of the delivery of the
semen.
Additionally, a $300 deposit check, made out to Zukowski Meadowview Farms will be required. This check will be held against the return of the collection container until the mare is confirmed pregnant. |

Fine Print: All bills are due upon receipt. A 1.5% monthly service charge will be levied on accounts thirty (30) days past due. All services shall cease if balance due is over 30 days old. All amounts due to Zukowski Meadowview Farms and its agents must be paid in full prior to horses' departure. A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice before arrival or departure of horse is appreciated in order to arrange necessary paperwork. All fees and charges are subject to change without notice.
